We provide and offer three categories of technical service to all our Clients in additional to the provision of all related service parts and products.

1. Annual Routine service/maintenance contract

DISKTECH SYSTEMS LTD visits the client only four times in a year to do the routine maintenance. During this visit we blow out the dust out of the machines and clean the outside, oil printers were necessary and do software maintenance.

2. Full service/maintenance contract

DISKTECH SYSTEMS LTD shall attend to all support calls that shall be raised i.e. visit the client when there is a problem .It shall also do the routine service/maintenance four times a year.

3. Technical Call Support Service

DISKTECH SYSTEMS LTD offers support to its clients either on phone or by sending a technician to the sight to help solve the computer and its peripherals problems. This also includes network and software issues. Our charges are per labor unit in hours

SALES AND SUPPLIES

DISKTECH SYSTEMS LTD is an IMPORTER and a SELLER /STOCKIST of all the above listed equipments, peripherals and their consumables e.g. cartridges, ribbons, diskettes, blank CDs etc. We IMPORT all our products from UAE, USA, CHINA, SINGERPORE, and HONGKONG.
